Celtic Speed 962 wins the classic Daytona 24hr

The Celtic Speed Leyton House Porsche 962 run by British race team, Akron Sport has just won the Group C category of the Classic Daytona 24 hours.

The 1987 former Kremer racing Porsche took a dominant victory, winning all 4 races and also scoring Pole Position and Fastest Lap.

The driver line up was lead by Irish racer Tommy Dreelan and supported by Aaron Scott. It marks a successful season for Tommy and the team as they also managed to secure second place overall in the European Group C championship, following a win in Jarama.
